My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to you.

I take a flexible, individualized approach to the work. Some sessions may focus on exploring patterns, relationships, and past experiences, while others may be more present-focused and helping you navigate what’s coming up in your day-to-day life.

Many of the people I work with already have a strong level of insight. Together, we focus on moving beyond understanding into something more experiential so you’re not just thinking differently, but actually feeling and responding differently.

I draw from attachment-focused and psychodynamic work, as well as mindfulness-based approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and elements of narrative and somatic work. I also integrate EMDR when it feels appropriate. Rather than applying a single method, I tailor the work to support both insight and meaningful, lasting change.
