Do you feel unlike yourself lately?
Do everyday tasks feel heavier than they used to?
Do you find yourself withdrawing, losing motivation, or not enjoying things the way you once did?
Depression can bring sadness, emptiness, irritability, or exhaustion. It can affect sleep, appetite, energy, concentration, and relationships — and it can feel frustrating when you can’t “just snap out of it.” You’re not weak or failing; you’re struggling, and support can help.
How I Work With Depression
We’ll work collaboratively and at your pace to understand what you’re going through and to gently support relief and reconnection with your life.
My approach blends warmth and evidence-based care, including:
Behavioral Activation — increasing small, meaningful activities to help lift mood and motivation
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies — identifying and shifting patterns of negative or self-critical thinking
Mindfulness-based approaches — learning to notice thoughts and feelings without being overwhelmed by them
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — reconnecting with values and taking steps toward what matters, even when emotions are heavy
Narrative Therapy — externalizing you from the depression and strengthening your sense of identity beyond it
Together, we’ll focus on:
reducing isolation and increasing support
building energy and motivation through small, gentle steps
softening harsh self-judgment
finding meaning and direction again
You’re not weak or broken for feeling this way. With the right support, it’s possible to understand what’s happening, feel less alone with it, and gradually reconnect with the parts of your life that matter to you.
